    Foodie Media Delivers Record 1HFY2026 Results, Achieves 70% of FY2025 Revenue and Declares Maiden Dividend

    KUALA LUMPUR, 22 APRIL 2026 – Foodie Media Berhad reported a record first half performance for FY2026, with revenue of RM25.8 million and adjusted PATAMI of RM7.7 million. The Group has already achieved approximately 70% of its FY2025 full-year revenue within the first six months of FY2026, reflecting strong momentum across its core Content and Creator pillars. The Board also declared maiden dividends of 0.53 sen per share.

    Recently listed digital-marketing driven media company Foodie Media Bhd oversaw a strong first quarter ended Nov 30, supported by its diversified portfolio of digital assets and marketing capabilities. The company delivered a gross profit of RM7.1mil on the back of revenue at RM12.6mil, with net profit amounting to RM3.8mil.

    ACE Market Bound Foodie Media Releases FY25 Earnings Ahead Of Listing

    For the financial year ended 31 August 2025 (FY2025), the group achieved revenue of RM37.1 million. Digital media publishing contributed RM22.8 million, representing 61.5% of total revenue. Excluding a one-off listing expense of RM2.5 million, the Group's core profit after tax was RM11.9 million, marking a 25% increase from RM7.4 million.

    Foodie Media FY25 earnings rise 25pct ahead of ACE Market listing

    Foodie Media Bhd's net profit for the financial year ended Aug 31, 2025, rose 25.4 per cent to RM9.34 million from RM7.45 million a year earlier. Revenue increased 54.8 per cent to RM37.09 million from RM23.95 million, supported by higher contributions from its digital media publishing segment.

    Foodie Media inks collaboration with Taobao, W Talent

    Foodie Media Bhd's wholly-owned digital media agency Good Foodie Media Sdn Bhd has entered into a partnership with Alibaba Group's Taobao, and influencer and livestream agency W Talent Academy Sdn Bhd to support Malaysian creators under the Taobao Affiliate Programme.
