The Group has already achieved approximately 70% of its FY2025 full-year revenue within the first six months of FY2026, reflecting strong momentum across its core Content and Creator pillars. The Board also declared maiden dividends of 0.53 sen per share.

Adjusted profit after tax ("PAT") reached a record RM4.1 million, of which RM3.9 million was attributable to owners of the Company ("adjusted PATAMI"), supported by disciplined cost management and continued growth in advertiser demand.

There are no comparative figures for the corresponding preceding quarter's results as this is the third interim financial report being announced by the Group in compliance with the Listing Requirements.

Comparison with the Immediate Preceding Quarter Results (1QFY2026)

Compared with 1QFY2026, revenue grew 5.0% to RM13.2 million, lifted by stronger demand for sponsored content and KOL campaigns under the Content and Creator pillars, which together contributed 86.6% of Group revenue, up from 74.9% in the preceding quarter. Gross profit rose 5.4% to RM7.5 million from RM7.1 million. Adjusted PBT climbed 3.2% to RM5.3 million from RM5.1 million, while adjusted PAT improved 8.2% to RM4.1 million from RM3.7 million.

    Dividend

The Board has declared a maiden first interim single-tier dividend of 0.32 sen per share (approximately RM2.84 million) and a special single-tier dividend of 0.21 sen per share (approximately RM1.86 million) in respect of FY2026. Together, the total distribution of 0.53 sen per share amounts to approximately RM4.70 million. This marks the Group's first dividend since listing, underscoring the Group's ability to deliver shareholder returns while maintaining sufficient capital to support future growth initiatives.

    Financial Position

As at 28 February 2026, the Group sits in a strong net cash position of approximately RM51.7 million. Supported by strong profitability and operating cash generation, Foodie Media has ample capacity to fund its next phase of growth.

Monie Fest 2026 – Malaysia's Largest Financial Carnival

On 11 and 12 April 2026, the Group successfully organised the inaugural Monie Fest 2026, a two-day on-ground financial lifestyle carnival held at MITEC. The event drew more than 14,000 visitors over the two days, with over 70% of visitors aged between 18 and 35, a prime wealth-accumulation demographic most sought after by banks, insurers and fintech brands.

Beyond the scale, Monie Fest demonstrates the Group's ability to convert content into physical engagement and monetisable ecosystems, with the 4C model working as a single integrated platform to deliver the event. This success establishes a proprietary event format that the Group intends to replicate beyond finance into other high-growth verticals, unlocking a scalable, recurring revenue stream that reinforces the integrated 4C flywheel over time.

Diversified Revenue Base and Market Presence

Foodie Media's business is built on four interconnected pillars: Content, Creator, Commerce and Community (the "4Cs"). Together, they form an integrated, scalable digital media platform where each pillar reinforces the others, making the platform more effective for brands as the Group grows.

Foodie Media's client base has expanded well beyond its food and beverage origins, now spanning financial services, telecommunications, property, technology, retail, beauty and lifestyle, among others, reinforcing the Group's position as a multi-vertical digital media platform.

Post-listing momentum has accelerated, with both new and existing advertisers increasing their budgets with the Group. This reflects growing market confidence in Foodie Media's full 4C offering, which enables brands to plan and execute end-to-end campaigns on a single integrated platform and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

As advertisers move budgets away from traditional media toward digital and social platforms, Foodie Media is built to capture this shift. Its digital-first platform and broad audience reach place the Group directly where advertisers want to be and where consumers actually are.

The Group is also actively expanding into new content verticals spanning financial media, digital commerce and esports. Recent milestones include the launch of the Monie channel and Monie Fest 2026, the launch of nobudget.my, a curated channel showcasing product deals and promotions, and the acquisition of WTM Media, which extends the Group's presence into the e-sports and gaming segment.

Together, these initiatives broaden the reach of the 4C model, expanding the Group's addressable market and strengthening the durability of its revenue base over the medium to long term.

    CEO Statement

Nicholas Lim Pinn Yang, Chief Executive Officer of Foodie Media Berhad, said:

"This quarter reflects Foodie Media at a turning point. In our first full quarter as a listed company, we delivered our strongest financial performance in the Group's history. The Board has also approved maiden dividends, marking the start of what we intend to be a long-term, disciplined framework for shareholder returns, one that balances distributions with our commitment to keep reinvesting in the business. But the headline numbers are only part of the story.

Beneath the headline numbers, we are seeing real momentum across all four pillars that complement each other. Content anchors the audience, Creator scales the reach, Commerce converts the engagement and Community deepens the trust. That integration is what allowed us to deliver approximately 70% of our full-year FY2025 revenue within just the first six months of FY2026.

Looking ahead, the opportunity in front of us is much larger than any single quarter can capture. The digital media industry is rewiring how brands and consumers connect, and Malaysia is only at the start of that transformation. Our task is to execute with discipline, invest with conviction and build Foodie Media into one of the most meaningful digital media businesses in this region. We believe the most exciting years for this Group are still ahead, and we are proud to be building this journey together with our shareholders, our team and our partners."
